Job Qualifications and Experience
The applicant must hold a Bachelors Degree
Experience in visa processing is mandatory
Extensive knowledge and understanding of UAE recruitment policies and laws

Designation- Contact Center Executive
Language Requirement- Arabic & English
Experience – Min 1 yr in Contact center and SalesContract period- min 6 months ( Extension if client demands)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: AED4,000.00 to AED6,000.00 /month
Experience:Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Arrange for Samples of special items and submission to Project Manager.
Sourcing the suppliers for materials required for projects.
Sourcing of materials shall be based upon Cost, brand, quality, specification, availability, payment terms etc.
Getting three quotations to compare by purchase manager.
Keep notes on all the matter that he has to follow.
Finishing required work on the specified time frame.
Raising LPO on suppliers with complete details of the project, Item with full description, with rate, value and term and conditions of payment and delivery.
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties.
To keep records for all suppliers with their documents.
Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Reconcile sales on daily basis.
Recording & Reconciliation of TAX.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Responsible for daily accounting activities pertaining to recording of expenses, accruals, prepayments, advances, etc.
Should be capable of managing and maintaining accounts of investments and franchises.
Ensure compliance of financial records and financial statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards.
Ensure assigned work activities are carried out as per company policies and procedures.
Identify improvement areas & propose constructive changes to achieve financial & operational excellence.
